WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN H2A & H2B?
In a nutshell, H-2A visas are for non-immigrants who want to work in the agricultural sector in the United States for a limited time. The H-2B non-immigrant visa program allows U.S. employers to temporarily hire non-immigrants for non-agricultural jobs in the U.S.

WHAT IS THE H2A PROGRAM?

We assign each client a dedicated Case Manager, supported by our in-house team of regulatory consultants and subject-matter experts. Your Case Manager works with you to define and scope your labor need, then prepares customized application materials. We believe in one on one communication system with the client and the worker.
We assist with the application process, interviews, job offers, visa applications, travel arrangements as well as much-needed medical travel insurance while working away from home. Support system for success building long lasting relationships with employer and employees.

- You have at least two years minimum agricultural experience for H2A Application.
- Valid passport
- Clean criminal history (either in your home country and abroad)
- PLEASE NOTE: First time applicants will automatically attend a interview at the consulate. Second year applicants will only send in their documents. The consulate has the right to call you in for an interview at any given time for Biometerics (fingerprints). In a interview they can send you for a medical evaluation, this will mean your application will be pending on the results.
